2nd time this play has been run on me here; you book the cheap electric car option on the app, which says 400km range on the website. Then when you get to the office they claim that the car you are getting has a much lower range. They attempt to scare you into the upgrade with range anxiety which unsurprisingly doubles the cost of the car; and this is with the prepaid option! Super disappointing as a gold member. Going to stick with the Enterprise guys in Toulouse from now on. Update 1: - the guy at the counter claimed the car at best would get 150KM i.e. only good in the city; sitting in car it shows 388KM range at 100%. Why? They get comped on upgrades... Update 2: the cars central screen failed after 30 minutes. Returned to the airport to get a new car Update 3: The url supplied by customer service after they read my review, does not work, giving an error when you try and submit text. Update 4: the second car did not have a wall socket charger. Returned car 4 days later to shrugs from office manager - his response 'it happens ' Update 5: the Renault Zoe that we have been rented to only accepts 22kw chargers which are far and away the minority in this area of France. Many of the chargers that you do find require apps that don't work. Did not have any of these issues with electric car rented from Enterprise a few weeks ago Update 6: there is no customer service from this company - the number that is on the contract for the airport office is useless as no one there ever picks up; when you do get through to central reservations they give you a 800 number that never picks up. A LinkedIn message on these issues to the CEO was never responded to. There's no customer service DNA in this company at all. I could create a 20 minute Seinfeld episode on this whole experience, its so bad. Avoid like the plague. Update 7: the farce continues...now wall charger has a fault Update 8: Returned to Airport office - no spare charger to be had - ended up giving us a hybrid Update 9: This one is unbelievable - 6am drop off - the car return lane is full to the point where putting it at the back will block traffic into remainder of facility - pull barrier to put in wide open lane to left. Pull up and begin unloading car; at which point a visibility intoxicated employee jumps out of a Mercedes car that he has been sitting in and tells us to put it in the back. He was cranking tunes in the car very loudly- got it all on video. Happy to share if anyone in the company is interested. This office is broken...Corporate should take a look.

Worst car rental place by far! We rented from this place on our way back from US and it took us 1 hour to wait in line. They are extremely slow and try to sell you extra packages during car pick up, basically they are spending 15 min for each person. No other rental car place had a line. We were so tired with 2 kids and was so hard to occupy them during wait. I forgot to take pic during our wait so this picture is taken while we return the car and the line was same. Again there were no line in other rental places so this is their norm! Stay away!

Avoid. Total liars. We were sold some insurance we didn’t want or need as we already having insurance through Booking.com. We were told when we return the car to the Carcassonne office we would be able to cancel it and have it refunded only to be told this is “impossible”. Now having to raise a dispute with customer service and with my credit card company.

It's sad for me to put a bad review since the desk service was good but please be aware of unplanned costs. I ended up paying literally double the online price. Don't get convinced into getting insurance you won't need. 4 days rental of a Seat Ibiza: - 44 euros desk service fee (13% + tax) even though I did online checking, for 10 min of attention. - 132 euros insurance when we just wanted road assistance. - 70 euros of gas for around 40L, you should refill it yourself since you are paying a 20% tax over the already taxed gas price just for them to invoice you.

Very nice employees but very bad system and very bad company I book online and forgot my licance and when I give them my partenr license and ask to change they don’t accept and they ask to make new contract direct from them more than double price. I give one more star because the lays there was super nice but I know they have system to hunt the ppl

Not so good service , I rented a electric Tesla and the man who gave me te key told me not to bring back the car with a full batterie, I asked him are you sure to double check and he confirmed me twice . When I brought the car back they charge from my Credit Card 22 euro for charging. Not the finest way in my opinion. Complaining at Europcar did not bring anything. After 1 week now europcar is charging my credit card again without asking or sending me a answer on my email., soon i will go to the French Police for stealing my money,

Due to a long delay from Istanbul, I was eight hours late arriving at Toulouse airport and the office of my rental car was closed. Two Wonderful young women who work at Europe car, were about to close when I came running. With amazing empathy and patience they stayed after working hours and helped me get a new rental car. Such amazing service and everything worked out perfectly in the end thanks to these star employees.

They are big thieves ⚠️ in addition to being at exorbitant prices they use your deposit for pollution charges in addition, the extra minute costs you a day of excess and above all impossible to contact the claims services.. I invite you to discover the super interesting carrefour rentals for my part, I will no longer go to Europcar.. at carrefour I found 5 €/day with 0.18 per kilometer for a 208 style 👌
